Q:     I can't make any of your available appointment times shown online, what should I do?

A:     We want you and your passengers to have a clean bus! Just give us a call during business hours and let us know             your schedule, we will do our best to accomodate.

Q:     I need a toilet dump, do you offer this service?

A:     Unfortunately, we are not able to provide this service; it is something we hope to provide in the future.

Q:     I have passengers on board, can I bring them with me?

A:      Please do NOT bring passengers to the cleaning location, we do not have facilities to accommodate them.

Q:     What do I need to do before arriving?

A:     Please remove all trash from the inside of your bus; all passenger items should be placed in locked overhead                  storage areas or placed in luggage area. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. If personal belongings          are not put away, you could be refused interior cleaning service without refund. 

Q:     Lost & Found - what do you do with items found on the bus?

A:     PLEASE NOTE - we do NOT have an area for lost and found, all personal items in the bus are to be stowed as                mentioned above; any items left inside the bus on the seats and floors will be considered trash. Driver is to inspect          bus for items prior to the scheduled cleaning time.

Q:     I have some extra time, can I come over early?

A:     Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled time as we work within limited space. That           being said, you can always call and see if we can get you in early!
